Poonam Verma has been an active RWA leader and civic organiser in Gurugram for over eight years. She has worked with GurgaonFirst on waste segregation drives, community awareness programmes, and RTI-based accountability campaigns targeting MCG and GMDA.
Her networks span over 20 RWAs across Gurugram’s sectors and she has been instrumental in translating GurgaonFirst’s policy knowledge into ground-level community action.
