Shubhra Puri Arora founded GurgaonFirst in 2012 with a vision to transform civic engagement in Gurugram. Over more than a decade, she has convened hundreds of workshops, roundtables, and community events bringing together citizens, RWAs, NGOs, corporate partners, and government bodies.
Her work spans air quality advocacy, water conservation, women’s safety, POSH compliance, and urban sustainability. She is also the creative force behind Music for a Cause — a platform that uses music and art to amplify social and environmental messages.
Shubhra is widely recognised as one of Gurugram’s most consistent and committed civic voices.
